Permaculture Teacher Patrick Whitefield Has Died.
I was saddened to read the news from Permaculture UK, that permaculture designer, teacher, and author Patrick Whitefield had died. Patrick's book the Earth Care Manual played and continues to play a major role in my development as a permaculture designer. Thank you Patrick for all the great work you shared with us.

Introduction to Permaculture- Course
Over three weekends this spring, there will be a hands-on, intensive introduction to permaculture course in Dalhousie New Brunswick. We will look at the ethics and design principles, focus on observation skills and enjoy good food, working together and as much fun as we can fit into the program.
A permaculture vegetable garden will be designed and created on site. The course takes place on 84 acres of land, there is room for camping. More information will be posted here and on Facebook. if this interests you, leave a comment.
